Modification Stage

Stage 1 Modifications
Concentrates on bolt-on parts for CAMPRO and CAMPRO CPS engines that are easily
Installed and maintained. Focused on improving street drivability with minimal “disturbance” ; suitable for everything driving.

1. Drop in air filter : Stainless steel mesh
• Improves engine breathing, increase power and engine response
2. Spark plug cables : Triple core 10.2mm
• Improves engine response, better cold start, reduces voltage fluctuation from ignition coil to spark plugs ( more stable voltage )
3. Iridium spark plugs, Denso Iridium IT20
• Better firing power, more powerful and cleaner combustion
4. Voltage stabilizer
• Improves engine response, more stable battery voltage, reduces voltage drop from additional accessories
5. Custom exhaust work
• Increases engine performance ; suits Automatic and Manual transmission cars without sacrificing comfort and fuel economy
6. Grounding cables
• Increases engine response, reduces voltage drop from additional accesories, more stable current
7. Throttle body polish ; swap basis with T/Body learning
• Better throttle response, increases engine response
• Re-adjust idle speed to factory settings


Stage 2 Modifications
Concentrates on major bolt on part, valvetrain, engine internals. For demanding street usage and everyday driving . Significant power increase, sharper response with reliability in mind.
1. Dori-Dori custom lightweight & under drive crank pulley
2. Accessories belt ( replacement ) for crank pulley
• Improves engine response, increase engine performance
3. Adjustable cam gears / pulley 1 pair
• Enables engine powerband adjustments to be made
4. Adjustable fuel pressure regulator
• Enables fine tuning of the engine air-fuel mixture, helps to achieve better power output
5. Lightened flywheel ; swap basis
• Increases engine responses and power, improves acceleration without sacrificing top speed
6. Performance clutch kit
• Reduces clutch slippage under heavy acceleration, better “bite” compared to OEM clutch, high-heat resistance
7. Lightened water pump pulley
• Helps to reduce engine load ( parasitic loss ) from the water pump pulley, lighter in weight compared to OEM pulley
8. Performance camshafts ; swap basis
• Increases power output from the N/A engine, many degrees available to choose from
9. High compression piston
• Increases power output, more powerful and complete combustion
10. Dori-Dori cylinder head Port & Polish
• Improves efficiency of cylinder head gas flow, increases power from all powerband
11. Valvetrain :
• Valve retainers
• Adjust valve angle
• Lightened valves
• Special tuned valves ( allows better swirling of air to increase better mixture of fuel and air)


Stage 3 Modifications
Strictly for competition use, major works concentrated on the reliability and efficiency of the engine to work under heavy load / stress. Major power output is to be expected here.
1. Custom special piston
• Improves power output
• Better lubrication & cooling to protect the piston and piston rings
2. Dori-Dori engine rebuild
• Done by specialist
• Detailed engine blueprint
• Detailed engine balancing
• Improves cylinder cooling & lubrication
• Increasing overall power output
• Increasing engine reliability under heavy load / stress
3. Limited Slip Differential
• Improves traction during cornering / static launching
4. Custom exhaust system
• Re-worked exhaust system to match engine needs
• May not be street legal
• Better exhaust gas flow for maximum power output
5. Custom intake manifold
• Designed for competition use
• Major increase in engine response at mid – high RPM
6. Custom cold air intake system
• Re-worked cold air intake system to match engine needs
• May not be street legal
• Better air flow from the filter to the intake manifold
• Increases engine and throttle response
• Increases power output

I will opted only on Stage 1 and a bit on Stage 2 just for sedak sedak

  2. Masalah adalah pada gearbox sendiri. Final gear ratio.
